| Which units of work will be covered on your website? |

| |
| Will you create coursework resources for any other units apart from those stated above? |
We are currently creating coursework resources only for the units stated above, but will consider creating coursework resources for other units, if the demand for other units arise. |
| |
| Do you have any sample coursework available? |

| What is the difference between signing up as a School or an Individual? |
If a School signs up they only have access to "school" courses. These are the same as all the other courses, but they would pay for an annual site licence and all the students affiliated to that school will get access to the courses the school have signed up to.
An Individual would sign up and only have access to "individual" courses. They only pay for an annual licence for themselves to whichever courses they subscribe to. |
| |
| What payment methods do you have available? |
Individuals can purchase courses/units via PayPal (credit cards) or by cheque. Please note that we will only activate your purchase once the cheque has cleared. Schools can purchase courses/units via PayPal (credit cards), cheque (Please note that we will only activate your purchase once the cheque has cleared.) or by Proforma Invoice. If a school purchases a product via a Proforma Invoice, we will automatically email the school the proforma invoice and await a Purchase Order. Once the Purchase Order is received, we will activate the purchase. |
| |
| Is there a guide to how purchases are made? |
| Yes, please click here to see how purchases are made via PayPal and credit card. |
| |
| How often will i receive a newsletter? |
We plan to send out newsletters at least once a term via the email address provided at sign up. Our first newsletter should be published towards the end of March 2009. |
| |
| Do you have a returns/refund policy? |
Yes, if you have damage to any physical product purchased from us we will gladly refund/replace that product upon the return (within 7 days of purchase) and inspection of the product. We do not offer a refund to any of our online courses/units or any downloads that were purchased, because most of the users of our online resources have the ability to complete courses/units within hours or days from purchase. See the testimonial section... |
