The OCR Nationals ICT Level 2 qualifications have been revised. The current qualifications had a final entry date of 31 July 2010. This means if you are were registered before 31 July 2010, you can still follow the current online tutorials. This also mean you are probably currently in Y10 or Y11. The new level 2 OCR Nationals will be available from 1 August 2010 with a last registration date of December 2012 and last certification by December 2014.

The key changes are:

1. Enhanced clarity to the assessment criteria
2. Increased demand (number of units)
3. Reduction in GLH
4. New 60 GLH Short Course option

The website tutorials will be updated in good time to reflect the new specifications in the units of which all are only minor changes to make the criteria easier to understand.

To celebrate our 2 year anniversary we are updating the look and feel of the website to offer a sleek and modern look. We will also be adding all our new units at distinction level from now on. Unit 20 (Animation) and Unit 3 (Digital Imaging) will be first.

It is the start of another academic year and teachers and students all over the world are using our Coursework Resources. Over 20 countries are now using our resources for their education in ICT at various levels. Thanks very much!

Over the last 4 months we've added Units 1, 2, 21, 22 and 23 to our website. We are hoping to add Unit 3 and 20 over the next few months and Unit 4 a little later in the year. Once these are uploaded, it should provide all subscribers to achieve up to 4 equivalent GCSE's.
