Unit 1 - ICT Skills for Business
Downloadable Tunes
In this unit you will learn all the skills needed to complete the coursework for the Downloadable Tunes Scenario. You will learn to create business documents e.g. letter, memo, agenda; basic uses for a spreadsheet, database and email, etc. The coursework resources will show similar examples of the tasks you have to do to complete the coursework. Once you understand the skills needed for the tasks, you can complete your coursework by following the Unit 1 tasks for the Downloadable Tunes scenario.
For the resources in this unit I have used the following resources:

- Microsoft PowerPoint
